A Sales-first AI Office, in 8 steps
A short walk through how a small team could run sales with AI employees, using a demo workspace. The pictures are simple illustrations, not screenshots. Nothing here is a customer.
Demo This is a demo workspace with made-up data. Each step carries its real status from the status page.

Step 1
The Office board
Pilot
- What it does
- A board shows every AI employee, what it is working on and what needs a decision.
- What the owner controls
- You decide who is on the team and which items wait for your attention.

Step 2
Qualify a lead
Pilot
- What it does
- A message arrives on a connected chat. The qualifying employee asks a few set questions and writes a short lead summary.
- What the owner controls
- You write the questions and the rules for a good lead.

Step 3
A draft, changes requested, then approval
Live
- What it does
- The General Manager hands a proposal to a colleague, who drafts it. You can request changes with a note and get a revised draft, up to 3 times. When you approve, a one-page proposal is saved to Documents. In this demo the buttons and the employees are on the staging-backed app; the engine behind them is in production.
- What the owner controls
- Nothing is sent. Only an owner approves, and you can reject at any time.

Step 4
The sales coach
Pilot
- What it does
- A rep asks a question and the coach answers from the playbook documents you uploaded.
- What the owner controls
- You choose which documents it may read. It does not invent prices.

Step 5
Marketing files
Pilot
- What it does
- Three marketing employees make a voice-over, a short jingle and a video script. A video file is recorded in your browser.
- What the owner controls
- You review each file and set daily limits.

Step 6
The control room
Live
- What it does
- One place for API keys and usage, a step-by-step trace of each run and an audit log.
- What the owner controls
- You see who changed what, and you set spend caps.

Step 7
A voice call
Pilot
- What it does
- You talk to a sales employee from your browser in a pilot setup. Voice calls are not in production yet, and response time is still slower than we want.
- What the owner controls
- You choose whether voice is on for the workspace.

Step 8
The hire gallery
Live
- What it does
- Browse role templates, add your own documents and rules, and keep the new employee as a draft.
- What the owner controls
- You release a role only when you are happy with it.
